A bit about me:

 

I always have been active since very young (volleyball, basketball, running…). Later I decided to do a course in health & fitness & have learnt the basics of weight-training.

 

But it’s when I met my partner David fox, a competitive bodybuilder, that I took up weight-training more seriously, & decided then to compete.

We opened a gym together, which has been very beneficial to my progress.

Workout days/body parts:

 

Monday: Quads

 

Tuesday: Chest/Triceps

 

Wednesday: Abs

 

Thursday: Back

 

Friday: Hamstrings/Calves

 

Saturday: Shoulders/Biceps

 

Sunday: Abs

 

I do cardio first thing every morning on pre-contest, 3 times a week off season.
