I have been interested and participating in sport related activities since I was a child and became an aerobics instructor at the age of 25.

After that I began competing in Sport Aerobics, which soon became Fitness and Figure. I was also on two different fitness teams and I am now about to enter my first bodybuilding show in May 2004.

I have three children ages 16-9-4 and I think it is very healthy for them to see their parents active and obtaining goals.
