A bit about me:
I was a gymnast all of my life until college. I had no place to compete anymore once I began college, and I wanted
to continue my gymnastics training. I was contacted by Kenny Kassel and informed about fitness competitions and modeling opportunities.
This whole fitness thing (competitions and modeling) is kind of new to me. I owe EVERYTHING to Kenny Kassel and Charley
Stossel for getting me involved. I was very scared at first, I mean standing on a stage half naked wasn't exactly a Shana-Type
thing to do. But I realized that this sport and field takes so much dedication and hard work, and the results were amazing.
Past achievements:
Logrolling: Many amature titles, Semi-pro world champion in
1996, top 6 finisher in world 1997-2000, 3rd in ESPN Great Outdoor Games 2000,

Karate: Current Black Belt status, first place in all interschool tournaments, finished
in top three for Diamond Nationals 1997, 1998.
