A bit about
me:
It all began for
me, twelve years ago. I was a 30 year old, divorced, single mom, just wanting
a healthier life for myself. So, I bought a gym membership and began training
three days a week. With the support and coaxing of trainers and friends, six
months into my gym membership, I competed at my first bodybuilding show. That day, on that stage was a complete blur to me.
I was so scared and nervous. I promised myself I would never go through
that diet and get on that stage again. Little did I know at the time, bodybuilding
would become a way of life for me.
After breaking
a promise to myself, several shows, marriage, and three more kids later, I am still competing.
My plate is a full one and the thoughts of letting myself go just isn’t going to happen, or at least not yet. It’s evident to me that bodybuilding is a life style. And once you live it, you love it!
