A bit about me:
I have been training for the past 18years. I did martial arts (Shokotan) for several years and my weight training started
as a result.
I used to look at muscle and fitness /flex magazines in school and say to myself I wish I can look like that. I stopped martial
arts and the rest is history.
Lenda Murray as far as female bodybuilders go is my biggest inspiration.

My last contest was World Amateur Bodybuilding Championships in Santa Susana Spain at which I did not place. I was thrilled
just to be there and for the experience as I was the first female bodybuilder from my country to ever take part in that event
and added to which I still placed higher than girls who had done that contest previously.
